In his engagements, Lukas draws from 15 years of experience in the international energy and engineering business in a variety of leadership and sales positions in addition to 10 years as Leadership Coach and Sales Consultant across the world.
In order to pursue his passion for people, Lukas left the power industry as Head of Sales for the Middle East leading an international team and achieving annual turnovers of up to 1 billion EUR.
Courageous, determined but also with ease and humor, Lukas creates an atmosphere of trust and safety with his clients, in order to take inventory with all parties involved including individual objectives and needs, before determining and agreeing with everybody involved, the actions that need to be taken to optimize both team and results. The egos of the individuals always subordinate to the result.
In custom designed workshops, always open, poignant and humorous, Lukas had the privilege among others to work for BASF, Siemens, PwC, Deutsche Bank, Sage, EY, Knorr Bremse, Mannheim Business School and many more.
Lukas is a Mechanical Engineer (Dipl. Ing. FH), a Six Sigma Black Belt and MBA.
He is qualified professional coach (PCC acc. ICF), a trained, experienced systemic coach and is qualified in numerous diagnostic and psychometric assessment tools.
