Mark combines 17 years in corporate business with 9 years experience as a Performance Coach and Consultant bringing ideas, tools and skills to life for clients in practical ways that deliver results.
Mark has delivered capability development programs to managers and executives ranging from leadership to mental toughness and managing change to unconscious bias. Mark also has expertise across Sales; from Sales Strategy and Leadership to Strategic Account Management and Selling Skills.
Prior to establishing edge2, Mark was a full time Senior Consultant with rogenSi.
He has worked with or within organizations including; in Finance: Barclays, ING Direct, MasterCard, T Rowe Price, XL Catlin, HSBC and Paypal; as well as Leo Burnett Global Advertising, BP Oil, Emirates Airline, IBM, HP, Syngenta Accenture Global Consulting and Heidelberg Concrete.
Having worked with European, Australasian, Middle Eastern, and Asian audiences Mark is well versed at handling the cultural nuances of facilitation and coaching in various countries and markets.
He has two world class coaching qualifications, has delivered over 1000 hours of coaching and is globally accredited.
Mark is also certified with Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader, Hogan Assessment Systems, TEIQue emotional intelligence psychometric assessment tool and DiSC.
